Here at Twelve Oaks we practice a new form of senior living called “aging in place.” Unlike other communities where you might end up moving within the community as your needs change from residential to assisted living, we support your desire to stay in one place. We believe moving is stressful enough when you have to do it once; we don’t want you to have to repeat the process anymore than is necessary.

If you require minimal assistance when you first move to Twelve Oaks, you may choose from any of the available residences on campus. As your needs change, we’ll bring the services you need to you … not make you pack up and move to another part of the community. It’s that simple.
